Refund Policy

At rd3dprint.ie we create custom-made 3D art to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy.

No Refunds for Custom Orders

As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production begins.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will issue a replacement (not a refund) if:

Your order arrives damaged or broken.

The item is not as described (e.g., significantly different from the agreed design).

Process for Replacement

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or discrepancy.

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not cover return shipping costs for the original item unless instructed otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Items that match the agreed-upon design but where the customer has changed their mind.
