We aim to deliver your custom-made 3D art promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Shipping Locations
We ship exclusively to the 32 counties of Ireland.
We will ship to the Mainland UK – however, it costs more.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via An Post, Ireland’s national postal service.
Tracking is included as standard for all deliveries.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order.
The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150.

Processing and Delivery Times
Each piece is custom-made to order, which helps us keep costs low.
During standard periods, it takes 3-5 business days to create your order.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. 8-10 days. We’ll notify you if delays are expected. Once your order is ready, An Post delivery times apply (typically 1-3 business days within Ireland).

Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@3dart.ie within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with An Post to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement as per our .

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. We are not liable for delays caused by An Post or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or strikes).
